Participant Terms & Cohort Policy

Effective Date: Aug 21, 2026 Last Updated: August 24, 2026

The HR Reframed Masterclass is designed to be a candid, practical, and highly interactive peer-learning experience. The value of the program depends on participants being able to learn, experiment, ask questions, and share experiences openly.

By participating in the Masterclass, you agree to the following terms and expectations.

1. Confidentiality — The Room Agreement

What is shared in the cohort stays in the cohort.

Participants are encouraged to speak openly about what they are experiencing now, what they have experienced in the past, what they are trying, what is working, what is not working, and what they are learning.

You may take ideas, lessons, and insights from the program back into your own work. However, you may not attribute a comment, experience, challenge, example, or situation to another participant, speaker, company, or organization without that person’s express permission.

Participants may not share identifying details, screenshots, chat messages, recordings, participant work, or specific situations discussed during sessions outside of the cohort.

Confidentiality within the cohort does not give participants permission to disclose information they are otherwise obligated to protect. Each participant remains responsible for protecting confidential, proprietary, privileged, personal, employee, candidate, client, or company information and should anonymize examples whenever appropriate.

2. Respect, Inclusion & Professional Conduct

The Masterclass is a peer-learning environment. Participants are expected to engage with one another, speakers, facilitators, and program partners with professionalism, respect, curiosity, and openness.

Different professional backgrounds, perspectives, organization sizes, employment situations, and levels of experience are part of what makes the cohort valuable.

Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, bullying, sustained disruption, or behavior that materially undermines the learning environment will not be tolerated.

Reframing HR reserves the right to remove a participant from the program for a material or repeated violation of these expectations, including a breach of confidentiality.

3. Recordings

Selected portions of the main Masterclass sessions may be recorded so registered participants can revisit the material or catch up on a session they were unable to attend live.

Breakout discussions are not recorded.

Because the Masterclass is interactive, recordings may incidentally include a participant’s name, image, voice, chat comments, questions, or contributions.

Recordings are for registered cohort participants only and may not be copied, reproduced, posted, forwarded, sold, or otherwise distributed outside the cohort.

Reframing HR will not use an identifiable participant’s name, image, voice, comments, testimonial, or contributions in public marketing or promotional materials without separate permission.

Participants may not independently record, photograph, screenshot, livestream, transcribe, or otherwise capture sessions.

Participants also may not use AI meeting assistants, transcription bots, note-taking bots, or similar technology to record or capture cohort conversations without prior written permission from Reframing HR.

Recordings are provided as a convenience and are not guaranteed. Technical issues or other circumstances may occasionally prevent all or part of a session from being recorded.

4. Attendance & Participation

The Masterclass is intentionally designed as a live, interactive cohort experience.

Participants are encouraged to attend and actively participate in as many sessions as possible because the conversations, exercises, and relationships within the cohort are an important part of the experience.

If you know you will miss a session, please let Reframing HR know in advance where possible.

Where a recording is available, participants will be able to access the recorded portion during the cohort access period described below.

Missed sessions or partial attendance do not create an entitlement to a refund, credit, or partial reimbursement.

5. Cohort Resources & 30-Day Access

Reframing HR may provide participants with access to a restricted digital cohort space, such as a Google Drive folder, containing recordings, course materials, resources, templates, speaker materials, the Cohort Roster, and other program-related content.

Unless otherwise stated, access will remain available for 30 calendar days following the final live Masterclass session.

After that period, Reframing HR may remove participant access to the shared space and its contents.

Participants are responsible for reviewing or saving any materials they are permitted to retain before access expires.

Expiration of access does not change the confidentiality, intellectual-property, or distribution restrictions described in these terms.

6. Cohort Roster

One of the intended benefits of the Masterclass is the professional network created within each cohort.

Reframing HR will provide registered participants with a Cohort Roster containing the following professional information for members of that cohort:

  • Name

  • Title

  • Company or professional affiliation

  • LinkedIn profile

Email addresses are not included in the Cohort Roster.

The Cohort Roster is intended for professional networking and relationship-building within the cohort.

Participants may connect directly through LinkedIn and may choose to exchange additional contact information with one another individually.

Roster information may not be sold, distributed outside the cohort, added to bulk mailing lists, or used for unsolicited mass marketing or solicitation.

7. Program Partners & Sponsors

The HR Reframed Masterclass may be supported in whole or in part by selected program partners and sponsors. These partnerships help support the program, learning experiences, resources, and participant access.

Reframing HR may provide selected program partners supporting a cohort with the following limited professional information about registered participants:

  • Name

  • Title

  • Company or professional affiliation

  • LinkedIn profile

This information is provided to support professional relationship-building between program partners and members of the cohort.

Reframing HR does not share participant email addresses with program partners or sponsors for their outreach unless the participant separately and explicitly gives permission.

For example, after a partner participates in a session, Reframing HR may ask whether you would like to continue the conversation or receive additional information. If you affirmatively agree, Reframing HR may then share your email address with that specific partner so the partner can follow up directly.

Not responding or declining does not authorize Reframing HR to share your email address.

Program partners receiving attendee information through Reframing HR sponsorship arrangements may use that information for their own professional relationship-building and outreach but may not sell, rent, license, or disclose attendee information to unaffiliated third parties, subject to the applicable agreement and law.

Nothing in these terms is intended to limit any privacy right that cannot lawfully be waived.

8. Optional Reframing HR Masterclass Network

From time to time, Reframing HR may offer participants the opportunity to remain connected with leaders from other current and future Masterclass cohorts through the Reframing HR Masterclass Network.

Participation is optional and requires separate consent.

If you opt in, Reframing HR may share the following information with other members of the Masterclass Network:

  • Name

  • Title

  • Company or professional affiliation

  • LinkedIn profile

Email addresses are not included in the Masterclass Network.

You may withdraw from the Masterclass Network at any time by contacting Reframing HR.

Choosing not to participate does not affect your ability to participate fully in your Masterclass cohort.

9. AI Tools, Data & Third-Party Platforms

The Masterclass is intentionally hands-on and may use third-party platforms and AI tools, including tools such as Claude.

Participants are responsible for complying with their employer’s technology, information-security, privacy, confidentiality, and AI-use policies.

Participants are also responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms and privacy practices of any third-party platform they use.

Do not upload confidential company information, employee or candidate personal information, client data, trade secrets, privileged information, proprietary material, or other restricted information into an AI tool unless you have the authority to do so.

For Masterclass exercises, participants should use synthetic, anonymized, redacted, or otherwise non-sensitive information whenever possible.

Reframing HR does not control and is not responsible for the privacy practices, security, availability, retention policies, functionality, or data-handling practices of third-party technology platforms.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Masterclass curriculum, frameworks, exercises, templates, slides, recordings, resources, and other original program materials created by Reframing HR are and remain the intellectual property of Reframing HR.

Materials created or provided by guest speakers remain the intellectual property of the applicable speaker or rights holder.

Participants are encouraged to apply what they learn in their own professional work.

However, Masterclass materials may not be reproduced, republished, sold, distributed, used to create or deliver another training program, or otherwise commercially exploited without written permission.

Participation in the Masterclass does not transfer ownership of Reframing HR intellectual property.

Likewise, Reframing HR does not claim ownership of original work created by participants during the program.

11. Fees, Cancellations & Transfers

All Masterclass registration fees are non-refundable and non-cancelable once paid, regardless of whether a participant attends, partially attends, or is unable to use their registration.

If a participant is unable to attend the cohort for which they registered, Reframing HR may, at its sole discretion, allow that participant to move their registration to a future HR Reframed Masterclass cohort if another cohort is offered and space is available.

A move to a future cohort is an accommodation only. It does not create an entitlement to a refund, cash credit, extension, or future program.

Reframing HR does not guarantee that additional Masterclass cohorts will be offered.

Participants removed from the program for violating confidentiality, conduct, or other material Participant Terms are not eligible for a refund or transfer.

12. Program Changes, Rescheduling & Force Majeure

Reframing HR may make reasonable changes to speakers, facilitators, session content, exercises, technology platforms, schedules, or program format when circumstances require.

Every reasonable effort will be made to preserve the overall learning objectives and quality of the Masterclass.

Neither Reframing HR nor its partners will be responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, pandemic, war, terrorism, government action, internet outages, platform outages, or similar events.

If such an event prevents Reframing HR from delivering one or more sessions as scheduled, Reframing HR will use commercially reasonable efforts to reschedule the affected session or provide a reasonable make-good accommodation.

Such circumstances do not entitle participants to a refund.

If Reframing HR must cancel or materially reschedule the overall cohort for other reasons, Reframing HR will determine an appropriate rescheduling, transfer, make-good, or other remedy consistent with applicable law.

13. Accessibility & Accommodations

Reframing HR wants participants to be able to participate meaningfully in the Masterclass.

If you require a reasonable accommodation, please contact Reframing HR as early as possible so we can discuss available options.

14. Educational Purpose

The Masterclass provides education, frameworks, practical exercises, peer discussion, and professional-development opportunities.

Content provided by Reframing HR, facilitators, guest speakers, program partners, and participants is educational in nature.

Nothing presented during the Masterclass should be treated as legal, employment, privacy, financial, information-security, regulatory, or other professional advice.

Participants remain responsible for decisions they make within their own organizations and for obtaining any internal or professional approvals required.

15. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with the Masterclass is handled in accordance with the Reframing HR Privacy Policy.
