We use this information to understand engagement and improve our communications.
Accessibility and Sensitive Information
You may voluntarily provide information relating to an accommodation, accessibility requirement, dietary requirement, or other participation need.
Some of this information may be considered sensitive personal information under applicable law.
We use such information only as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, facilitate participation, comply with legal obligations, or for another purpose you specifically authorize.
We do not use accommodation or similar sensitive information to infer characteristics about you or for advertising purposes.
2. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Site may use cookies and similar technologies for security, session management, Site functionality, analytics, and marketing measurement.
Our Site and customer-relationship-management tools are provided through Wix.com Ltd. and affiliated services.
Depending on our Site configuration, we may also use services provided by companies such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, or other analytics and advertising providers.
Where required by applicable law, we provide an appropriate cookie or privacy-preference mechanism and honor applicable choices and recognized opt-out preference signals.
Most browsers also allow you to block or delete cookies. Doing so may affect Site functionality.

We may also use aggregated or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify an individual for analysis, reporting, program development, or other lawful business purposes.
4. How We Share Information
We disclose personal information only as described in this Policy, the applicable Participant Terms or registration materials, or as otherwise disclosed to you.
Service Providers
We may provide information to service providers that perform services on our behalf, including providers of:
-
Website hosting and CRM services
-
Email communications
-
Payment processing
-
Google Workspace, cloud storage, and document collaboration
-
Video conferencing and recording
-
Analytics and marketing measurement
-
Event and registration administration
-
Legal, accounting, technical, and professional services
These providers process information in connection with services they provide to Reframing HR.
Masterclass Cohort Roster
For HR Reframed Masterclass participants, Reframing HR may provide registered members of the same cohort with a Cohort Roster containing:
-
Name
-
Title
-
Company or professional affiliation
-
LinkedIn profile
Participant email addresses are not included in the Cohort Roster.
The roster is intended to support professional networking and relationship-building within the cohort.
Access may be provided through the restricted cohort resource space and is subject to the Participant Terms.
Masterclass Program Partners and Sponsors
Certain Reframing HR programs are supported in whole or in part by program partners and sponsors.
As disclosed in the Masterclass Participant Terms, Reframing HR may provide selected program partners supporting a cohort with:
-
Name
-
Title
-
Company or professional affiliation
-
LinkedIn profile
We do not disclose a participant’s email address to a Masterclass program partner or sponsor for that partner’s outreach unless the participant separately and explicitly asks for or agrees to that connection.
For example, following a partner presentation or demonstration, we may ask:
“Would you like to continue the conversation with [Partner] or receive more information about what you saw today?”
If you affirmatively agree, we may share your email address with that specific partner so it can follow up directly.
Consent to one partner does not constitute consent to share your email address with other partners.
If you do not affirmatively agree, we will not provide your email address to that partner for outreach.
This limitation does not prevent an organization from using contact information it already independently possesses or originally provided to Reframing HR when arranging your participation.
Program partners receiving attendee information through our sponsorship arrangements may use the information for their own professional relationship-building and outreach, subject to their own privacy practices, applicable law, and any contractual limitations imposed by Reframing HR.
Reframing HR Masterclass Network
Participants may separately opt in to the Reframing HR Masterclass Network.
If you opt in, we may make the following information available to participants from current and future Masterclass cohorts:
-
Name
-
Title
-
Company or professional affiliation
-
LinkedIn profile
Email addresses are not included.
You may withdraw from the Masterclass Network at any time by contacting us. Your withdrawal will apply prospectively.
Other Co-Hosted or Sponsored Programs
Programs outside the Masterclass may have different information-sharing arrangements.
If another organization will receive registration or participant information as part of a co-hosted, jointly produced, or sponsored program, we will provide appropriate notice at or before registration where required.
Legal and Protective Disclosures
We may disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or other legal process; enforce our agreements; investigate fraud or misuse; protect our rights or property; or protect the rights or safety of another person.
Business Transactions
If Reframing HR is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.
With Your Direction or Consent
We may disclose information in other circumstances when you direct us to do so or separately consent.
Aggregated and De-Identified Information
We may provide sponsors, partners, clients, or others with aggregated or de-identified information such as cohort size, audience composition, job-level mix, industry mix, engagement themes, feedback themes, or attendance statistics where the information does not reasonably identify an individual.
We do not attempt to re-identify information maintained as de-identified.
5. Masterclass Recordings & Cohort Resources
Selected portions of Masterclass sessions may be recorded.
Because sessions are interactive, recordings may include a participant’s name, image, voice, chat comments, questions, or contributions.
Breakout discussions are not recorded.
Recordings, the Cohort Roster, course materials, and other cohort resources may be made available through a restricted space such as Google Drive.
Unless otherwise stated, participant access to that space ends 30 calendar days following the final live Masterclass session.
Reframing HR does not make cohort recordings publicly available and does not use an identifiable participant’s image, voice, comments, testimonial, or recorded contribution for public marketing without separate permission.
Recordings are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for program administration, legitimate business needs, legal obligations, or dispute resolution and are not intended to serve as permanent public archives.
6. Third-Party AI and Learning Tools
Reframing HR programs may use or recommend third-party technology platforms, including AI tools such as Claude.
If you create an account directly with a third-party provider or submit information directly to that provider, your use of that service is governed by the provider’s own terms and privacy policy.
Reframing HR does not control how third-party AI providers collect, retain, secure, use, or otherwise process information you submit directly to them.
Participants are responsible for complying with their organization’s policies and should not upload confidential, privileged, proprietary, employee, candidate, client, or other restricted information into an AI platform unless authorized to do so.
7. Communication Choices
You may unsubscribe from Reframing HR marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in the communication or by contacting jess@reframinghr.com.
Even after you unsubscribe from marketing, we may continue to send communications necessary to administer a purchase, registration, program, event, agreement, or existing relationship.
If you explicitly authorize Reframing HR to share your email address with a specific program partner and later wish to stop receiving that partner’s communications, you should also use that organization’s unsubscribe or privacy mechanisms.
You may contact Reframing HR to withdraw consent for future disclosures of your email address. Withdrawal does not ordinarily recall information already lawfully disclosed before the withdrawal.
8. Sale, Sharing, Targeted Advertising & Privacy Opt-Outs
Reframing HR does not sell personal information to data brokers.
Some state privacy laws, however, define a “sale” more broadly than the ordinary meaning of that term and may treat certain transfers made in connection with monetary or other valuable consideration as a sale.
Where an applicable privacy law treats one of our disclosures, advertising technologies, or other practices as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising activity, we will provide and honor the rights required by that law.
Nothing in our Participant Terms or other agreements is intended to waive a privacy right that cannot lawfully be waived.
Where required by applicable law, we will also honor recognized browser-based opt-out preference signals for processing to which those signals apply.
California expressly provides covered consumers with a right to opt out of qualifying sale or sharing and states that businesses cannot require consumers to waive applicable CCPA rights. Texas similarly defines “sale” broadly as disclosure for monetary or other valuable consideration and requires covered controllers to disclose relevant third-party sharing and honor applicable opt-out rights.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, taking into account our relationship with you, business needs, legal obligations, accounting requirements, security, dispute resolution, and enforcement of agreements.
For example:
-
Registration and transaction information may be retained for business, accounting, tax, and legal purposes.
-
Marketing information may be retained until you unsubscribe, after which limited suppression information may be retained so we can honor your preference.
-
Participant Terms and consent records may be retained to document the terms and choices associated with your participation.
-
Participant access to Masterclass cohort resources generally ends 30 days after the final live session.
-
Masterclass Network profile information may remain available while you remain opted in.
-
Information lawfully disclosed to a program partner may remain in that organization’s systems subject to its privacy practices, applicable law, and contractual restrictions.
10. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your state or country of residence, the information involved, and whether the applicable privacy law applies to Reframing HR, you may have rights including the right to:
-
Confirm whether we process your personal information
-
Access information we maintain about you
-
Correct inaccurate information
-
Request deletion, subject to legal exceptions
-
Obtain certain information in a portable format
-
Opt out of qualifying sales
-
Opt out of certain sharing or targeted advertising
-
Withdraw consent where processing depends on consent
-
Limit certain processing of sensitive information
-
Appeal certain decisions concerning a privacy request
-
Exercise privacy rights without unlawful discrimination or retaliation
The availability and scope of these rights vary by law.
For example, Texas law provides covered consumers with rights to access, correct and delete personal data and opt out of qualifying sales and targeted advertising; it also requires covered controllers to provide an appeal process.

11. Security

We also rely on the safeguards maintained by service providers operating systems on our behalf.
No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our Site and communications may contain links to third-party websites, social-media platforms, registration tools, sponsor pages, AI tools, or embedded content.
We are not responsible for the privacy or security practices of third parties when you interact directly with them. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing information.
14. Users Outside the United States
Reframing HR is based in Texas, United States.
Personal information may be stored and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.
If you participate from outside the United States, your information may therefore be transferred to jurisdictions with privacy laws different from those in your home country.
Where applicable law requires a particular legal basis for processing, our bases may include performing a contract with you, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, legitimate business interests, compliance with legal obligations, or your consent.
15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our programs, technology, business practices, or legal obligations.
When we update it, we will revise the Last Updated date above.
