Cancellation Policy

**The HRBP Reframed — Participant Policy** **Confidentiality** What is shared in the cohort stays in the cohort. Participants are encouraged to speak openly about their experiences, challenges, and organisations. In return we ask that you treat everything shared by fellow participants as confidential. Do not share names, companies, or specific situations discussed in sessions outside of the group. **Recordings** Masterclass sessions are recorded for participants who cannot attend live. Recordings cover the main presentation only — breakout discussions are not recorded. Recordings are shared with registered participants only and are not to be distributed externally. **Attendance** Sessions are live and interactive. We ask that you attend as many sessions as possible — the cohort dynamic is part of the value and your presence matters to the group. If you need to miss a session, please let us know in advance so we can share the recording with you. **Professional Development Sessions** Office hours are optional and not recorded. What is discussed in these sessions remains strictly between participants and the facilitator. **Respect and Inclusion** This is a peer learning environment. We expect all participants to engage with respect, curiosity, and openness — regardless of background, experience level, or organisation size. **Refund Policy** Cancellations made more than 7 days before the programme start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the start date are non-refundable but your place may be transferred to a colleague or to a future cohort. **Intellectual Property** Course materials, frameworks, and content shared during the programme are the intellectual property of Reframing HR.
