HR Reframed is a four-session live virtual masterclass designed to do exactly that.

Cancellation Policy
**The HRBP Reframed — Participant Policy** **Confidentiality** What is shared in the cohort stays in the cohort. Participants are encouraged to speak openly about their experiences, challenges, and organisations. In return we ask that you treat everything shared by fellow participants as confidential. Do not share names, companies, or specific situations discussed in sessions outside of the group. **Recordings** Masterclass sessions will be recorded and made available for 30 days after the final session. Recordings cover the main presentation only — breakout discussions are not recorded. Recordings are shared with registered participants only and are not to be distributed externally. **Attendance** Sessions are live and interactive. We ask that you attend as many sessions as possible — the cohort dynamic is part of the value and your presence matters to the group. If you need to miss a session, please let us know in advance so we can share the recording with you. **Respect and Inclusion** This is a peer learning environment. We expect all participants to engage with respect, curiosity, and openness — regardless of background, experience level, or organisation size. **Refund Policy** All Masterclass registration fees are non-refundable and non-cancelable once paid, regardless of whether a participant attends, partially attends, or is unable to use their registration. If a participant is unable to attend the cohort for which they registered, Reframing HR may, at its sole discretion, allow that participant to move their registration to a future HR Reframed Masterclass cohort if another cohort is offered and space is available. **Intellectual Property** Course materials, frameworks, and content shared during the program are the intellectual property of Reframing HR.
