ABOUT THE PROGRAm

AI is reshaping the HR Leader role — and the pace of change is unlike anything the function has seen before. The tasks that have defined the function for decades are being automated, augmented, and restructured. The HR Leaders who thrive in the next three years will not be the ones who worked hardest at the old version of the job. They will be the ones who understood what was changing — and got ahead of it.

The HR Leader Reframed is a live, cohort-based masterclass that gives you exactly that. Six live sessions across six weeks: three masterclass sessions to understand and build with AI and three professional development sessions to build the career that goes with it. A peer cohort. Global CHRO guest speakers. And a practitioner who has been inside the organizations where this is playing out.

You will not just hear about AI. You will build with it, map your role against it, and walk away with a 90-day plan that is yours to keep — and a peer cohort you will keep long after the program ends.

WHAT YOU WILL WALK AWAY WITH

The Ability To:

  • Future-proof your career and build the skills for the next version of your role

  • Map your own role honestly — which tasks are at risk, which are augmented, which become more valuable

  • Think critically alongside AI rather than simply executing what it produces

  • Articulate a clear vision of what the strategic HR Leader looks like — and what it takes to get there

  • Have a different conversation with your CHRO about where HR is heading

  • Leave with a personal 90-day AI roadmap and a peer cohort you will keep long after the program ends
