About Reframing HR
Reframing HR gives senior HR leaders their agency in the AI era through education. We run live cohorts, invite-only in-person events in major cities, CHRO dinners, and partner programs with HR technology companies. Every room we build is curated, peer-led, and personal.
The Role
You fill our rooms and make Reframing HR visible. You run the outreach that brings senior HR leaders to our events and cohorts, the social channels and ads that bring in new leads, and the tracking that shows what's working. That frees our founder to focus on closing and delivering. Once someone registers, our operations lead takes over.

The workload follows the event calendar. Some weeks are outreach-heavy, and others are steady.
What You'll Own
Event and cohort outreach
-
Build target lists in Sales Navigator: CHROs and VPs of HR at Fortune 1000 headquarters in each event city, plus each sponsor's target list.
-
Run outreach from the founder's LinkedIn account during Beyond the Buzzword and CHRO dinner windows, about 85 invites a week, and send the standard reply to accepted invites.
-
Deliver a weekly list of everyone who wrote a personal note. The founder replies to those herself.
-
Recruit for each cohort through past attendees, existing connections, and referrals. Source sponsored seats from a sponsor's target list.
-
Send co-promotion asks to 2+ local HR groups (SHRM chapters and others) in each event city, 12 weeks out.
Â
Social and paid ads
-
Run the company LinkedIn page with 3+ posts a week, and repurpose that content to Facebook and a new Instagram account.
-
Run lead-generation ads on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram for info sessions, cohorts, and events, within a monthly budget the founder approves. Track cost per lead and sign-ups by ad, and shift spend toward what works.
-
Promote the info sessions held every other Wednesday. Promote each webinar starting four weeks out, and post the recap afterward.
-
Create graphics and posts in Canva that follow our brand system.
Â
Sponsor and conference pipeline
-
Book demos with inbound vendors and conference exhibitors.
-
Keep the sponsor slot calendar current and let partners know when a slot is about to close.
-
Before each conference, work with the founder's executive assistant to pull the exhibitor list, tier it, and book 15–20 meetings. Send follow-ups within 48 hours after the conference.
Â
Speaking, proof, and tracking
-
Find conferences where our founder should speak, track deadlines, and submit 4+ applications a month.
-
Capture testimonials, quotes, and photos (with consent) from every cohort and event.
-
Build the speaker longlist for each cohort.
-
Maintain the pipeline and weekly metrics in our shared sheet.
